These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RetainerOS, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Bhalru Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RetainerOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RetainerOS is a B2B SaaS platform that enables digital agencies to track client retainer hours, sync time entries from third-party tools such as Toggl and Harvest, and share read-only progress dashboards with their clients.
You must register for an account to use RetainerOS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your information up to date.
RetainerOS is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Bhalru Technologies to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse RetainerOS. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, transmitting harmful or malicious code, using the service for unlawful purposes, or reselling the service without written permission from Bhalru Technologies.
All content, features, and functionality of RetainerOS — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of Bhalru Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Your use of RetainerOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhalru Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use RetainerOS. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Bhalru Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of RetainerOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction.
