Refund Policy

Overview

Bhalru Technologies operates RetainerOS under a fair and transparent refund policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with RetainerOS for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at rishavbhalru31@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Renewal Charges

Refunds are not available for subscription renewal charges after the initial 14-day period has elapsed. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account settings.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Exceptional Circumstances

Outside of the 14-day guarantee window, Bhalru Technologies may at its discretion issue partial or full refunds in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as extended service outages directly caused by RetainerOS infrastructure. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription within your RetainerOS account. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, and download invoices.
